About us

 In 2016 we entered Lanzarote for the first time and fell in love with this island. In 2019 we bought our Villa Witha, which we rented out until 2022. Since then we only use them for ourselves. We sold our house in Germany and put the money into Puerto Chico Q in the summer of 2022; in the winter of 2023 we bought Puerto Chico U. We are planning to purchase another property in the complex, which will also be rented out.

The Freeport Properties team in conjunction with Whitebeachholiday provide rental and upkeep and cleaning. A great team which reads every guest's wish from the eyes.

Rental

All villas at Club Puerto Chico are privatley owned. 

Some are used only privatley, but the most are rented out, like our both.

The young and motivated Whitebeachholiday team is at your disposal for the rental. It strives ever day anew to fully meet our and your standards of hospitality and quality and to enable you to have a wounderful time on this beautiful island.

Management Team

Freeport Properties is based direct in front of the community and ithey are available  Mo-Fr. between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

They take care for the for the villas, as well as for the beautiful garden and paths.  The friendly team in the office will also advise you, even if you are planning to buy a house or appartment yourself.
